Shipping policy

We offer free delivery for orders of £70 or over.

Orders under £70 will incur a delivery charge based on the weight of the packaged goods.

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 3 working days after the completed processing of the order. This may take longer due to issues beyond our control. We will usually despatch by Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked but occasionally may use other carriers or services.

Please note, a parcel is not considered 'lost' by Royal Mail until 10 working days have passed.
