Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility for Return (General)

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in original packaging, with any tags or labels attached. 

How to Return

1. Contact Us: Email admin@cookiedogdesigns.co.uk for instructions.
2. Package: Securely pack items in original packaging.
3. Ship: Send to Cookie Dog Designs, 4 Birch Avenue, Cuerden Residential Park, Leyland, PR25 5PD. 

Refunds & Processing

Once we have received your item(s), we will initiate a return or contact you for more information. Please allow at least 3 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

• Final sale/clearance items.
• Custom-made or personalised goods.
  

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Contact us immediately at admin@cookiedogdesigns.co.uk for damaged items; we'll arrange a full refund or replacement. 

Missing Items

For items that go missing during delivery, the customer can accept either replacement goods (if available) or a full refund including postage costs. There may be a specific amount of time before an item can be classed as missing. This will be defined by the delivery company.
